St Kitts and Nevis
Under the St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program, the applicant has two investment options:
- Sustainable Growth Fund (donation): from US$150,000
- Approved real estate project: from US$200,000 (resalable after 7 years) or from US$400,000 (resalable after 5 years)
Program Benefits
- Established in 1984, making it the oldest Citizenship by Investment program
- Accelerated Application Process (AAP) can see an application completed within 60 days (Main Applicant: US$25,000 and US$20,000 for dependents above 16 years)
- Visa-free travel to more than 130 countries, including Schengen countries, Hong Kong and the U.K.
- Eligibility for children under 30 (full-time students and financially dependent on main applicant) and parents and grandparents over the age of 55 (they live with and are financially dependent on main applicant)
- No physical residency, interview or managerial experience requirement
- No worldwide income tax and no wealth tax
